To make a purchase:
- Sign in to your Arkadium profile
- Select the item you wish to purchase
- Select your payment method
- Fill in your details and click Continue to Review
Redeem for a Subscription
At checkout, after entering your credit card info, look for the Promo Code section on your screen.
Next, enter BF50 in the promo code section on the bottom left.
You must then click or tap on the green checkmark to apply the promo code to your cart. You can see how the Summary on the right has been updated to show you the 50% discount.
Redeem for Gems
At checkout, after entering your credit card info, look for the Promo Code section on your screen.

What to Expect After Checkout
After completing checkout, you'll receive a receipt showing:
- The promo code discount
- The end date of your free trial
- The date your payment will be processed if you don't cancel
You can cancel anytime during your 3-day trial from your profile or by contacting support. If you don't cancel, a second receipt will be sent to confirm your discounted payment.
